Kel-F PCTFE is a fluorochemical
product, which offers the unique combination of physical and mechanical
properties, nonflammability, chemical resistance, near zero moisture
absorption, and excellent electrical properties. This
material has a
temperature range of -400°F to +400°F and exhibits extremely low
outgassing.
Because of its
flexibility at low temperatures, it is well suited for use in cryogenic
applications.
The
material is flexible, although considerably stronger than PTFE or PFA.
It also enjoys good chemical resistance to a wide array of solvents.
