At Craftech, tooling, mold building and injection molding are all done in-house. Send us your prints and specs and we'll supply you a fast quote. With over 35 years of manufacturing experience, we'll deliver your standard and custom parts on-time and in budget. Specializing in molded threads, fastenings and closures, our presses range from 30 to 300 ton capacity and part weights range from 1 gram to 40 ounces. Commodity plastics like Polypropylene and Nylon to exotics like PEEK and Ultem 2300 are all part of Craftech's long list of moldable materials. |

| ULTEM®2300
is a 30% glass reinforced polyetherimide which combines high strength
and rigidity at elevated temperatures with long term heat resistance.
It offers excellent dimensional stability combined with broad chemical
resistance and is inherently flame resistant and low smoke generating.
Ultem 2300 provides even greater rigidity and dimensional stability
while maintaining many of the useful characteristics of basic Ultem.
The glass reinforcement yields a product with an exceptional
strength-to-weight ratio and increased tensile strength.
Glass-filled VALOX® - This material combines high mechanical, thermal and electrical properties with very good chemical resistance and dimensional stability. High dielectric strength is a special attribute of this material even at high temperatures and over widely varied environmental conditions. Glass-fiber reinforced Valox offers increased strength and stiffness. |
Glass-filled
Polycarbonate - This material is a tough, engineering
thermoplastic which offers very high impact strength over a range of
temperatures from -60ºF to 270ºF. It also has a high heat deflection
temperature and absorbs very little moisture. These properties, plus
low frequency and high voltage insulating characteristics, make
polycarbonate a prime material for electrical and electronic
components. Glass-filled grades increase tensile strength, stiffness,
compressive strength, and lower the thermal expansion coefficient.
RADEL® R-5000 - is a polyphenylsulfone resin offering exceptional hydrolytic stability, and toughness that is superior to other commercially-available, high-temperature engineering resins. It offers high deflection temperatures and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. The polymer is inherently flame retardant, and also has excellent thermal stability and good electrical properties. |
Ryton®
PPS - This exceptionally strong, thermally stable,
corrosion resistant thermoplastic retains structural integrity under
the most demanding conditions of temperature and physical abuse. In
continuous service applications, Ryton boasts UL temperature indices
up to 240ºC with outstanding dimensional stability, and withstands
short-term exposures to temperatures greater than 500ºF. It is
inherently flame retardant, exhibits low smoke emission and is
resistant to a broad spectrum of solvents, organic acids and alkalies.
Kynar® (PVDF) - has excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, good strength, creep resistance and weatherability. With a useful temperature range of -148ºF to 302ºF, PVDF is a tough and durable material used extensively in chemical processing applications. For
