CNC Programmer(s)/CNC Operator(s)

Craftech is seeking qualified candidates with g-code programming experience to run CNC lathes and mills.
Production of fasteners and small precision parts. 1st and 2nd shift available Monday thru Friday.
Full Time. Salary commensurate with experience.

Mechanical Engineer / Designer

Electro-Mechanical assemblies and automation. Design injection molds for plastic fasteners. Engineering or injection mold experience beneficial. Use of Solidworks. Full time.

 

EDM Programmer/Operator

Seeking candidate with mechanical ability and a willingness to learn in our mold fabrication department. Perform EDM machining and grinding. High school diploma a minimum. Prior EDM/machine shop experience is desired. Molds built are used in our injection mold department for our customers in high tech applications or Craftech product line.

 

Production Manager

Seeking candidate to schedule, order materials, and push production flow of standard and per print plastic fasteners. Screw machine shop/fastener; plastic rod/resin; and/or production background ideal in this position. Jobs issued to various machining centers with QC, cleaning, and secondary operations involved in each job routing. Full time. Salary based on experience.

 

Quality Control Inspector

Seeking a QC Inspector for 1st and or 2nd shift. Perform inspections on plastic fasteners produced to ANSI, DIN or per print standards. Use of calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, ring and plug gauges. Perform calibrations on quality control equipment. First piece, in-process, receiving, and final inspections, including paper work, for screw machining and injection molding departments. Prior QC experience required. Knowledge of ISO 9001 a must. Experience with PPAP a plus. Full time. Salary based on experience.
