Injection Molding and Mold Building

Craftech is a full-service injection molder providing mold design and tool making, injection molding and secondary operations.

Craftech builds precision custom-designed injection molds for standard and specialty fasteners, custom components and shapes. Because we have extensive experience molding hundreds of different engineering thermoplastics, the tool we manufacture for you will produce in-tolerance parts without requiring time consuming reworks. Mold flow analysis and finite element analysis are available as part of our mold building services.

After your mold is produced and samples are approved, production of your parts begins. Craftech is highly competitive on short to high volume runs.

Standard and custom plastic products are manufactured using conventional insert and encapsulation molding; on vertical shuttle and horizontal molding machines.

Molding press capacity from 40 to 300 ton

Our engineering department will assist you in design, metal to plastic conversion and material selection. Customer prints, electronic files and sample parts with specifications are all accepted.

Secondary operations include ultrasonic welding and insertion, annealing and assembly.

Due to the diverse applications our customers encounter, we work in hundreds of engineered thermoplastic resins.
