UHMW®
(Ultra-High Molecular
Wt. Polyethylene)
UHMW sets the standards for engineering polymers with a unique
combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low-friction surface and
impact strength. It retains key physical properties to -30°FC. UHMW
is resistant to chemical attack and moisture absorption.
Polysulfone
(PSO)
This material is
naturally transparent with electrical and mechanical properties
constant up to tempertures above 320°F. It shows excellent resistance
to alkalies, acids and salts as well as to many hydrocarbons. PSO is
suited for microwave use and is rated for continuous service in steam
to 300°F.
Acetal (Delrin®)
Acetals display good impact resistance, dimensional stability and
outstanding surface hardness. They have high dielectric strength, are
resistant to many solvents and exhibit negligible water absorption.

Noryl
(Modified
Polypehnylene Ether)
Noryl is resistant to many agents including steam, has good
impact strength at low temperatures, has excellent temperature
resistance and maintains dimensional stability even when exposed to
moisture.
ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
ABS has good chemical and stress-cracking resistance, is tough
and dimensionally stable, and is one of the few non-metallic materials
which can be readily electroplated.
Polystyrene
Exhibiting excellent
chemical and electrical resistance this extremely versatile material
makes it ideal for a wide range of applications. It’s naturally
clear material has special high gloss and high impact grades.
Ultem®
(Polyetherimide)
Ultem keeps its hardness and mechnical properties from -40°F,
up to temperatures of 356°F. It is able to withstand a wide spectrum
of sterilization methods, is radiation-resistant, microwave
transparent and is naturally flame-retardant.

Radel®R
(Polyphenylsulfone)
Radel offers exceptional hydrolytic stability and toughness that is superior
to other high-temperature plastics. It offers high deflection temperatures
and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. It is
inherently flame retardant and also has excellent thermal stability and good
electrical properties.
Polypropylene
H.S.
With good impact resistance and structural rigidity this material
is unaffected by any solvent at room temperatures. It has excellent
insulating properties, is extremely lightweight and is able to withstand
higher service temperatures with less water absorption.
Polycarbonate
Exhibits high impact
strength over a range of temperatures from -60°F to 270°F and has a
temperature-independent dielectric constant. It shows good creep resistance
as well as good insulating properties.
