ULTEM® 1000 -Unreinforced ULTEM (polyetherimide) keeps its hardness and mechanical properties from -40ºF, up to temperatures of 356ºF. It is radiation-resistant, microwave transparent and is naturally flame-retardant.

ULTEM®2300 - Glass reinforced Ultem provides even greater regidity and dimensional stability while maintaining many of the useful characteristics of Ultem 1000. The glass reinforcement yields a product with an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and increased tensile strength.

PVC - Polyvinylchloride exhibits little or no water absorption. Since it is chlorinated, PVC also possesses natural flame retardant qualities. PVCs are available in a variety of colors and varying compositions.

CPVC - Chlorinating PVC results in a polymer that has all of PVC’s good qualities, plus improved fire retardance, weatherability, a higher maximum working temperature and light-fastness.

ISOPLAST™ - Available in long glass fiber-filled grades, Isoplast combines the toughness and dimensional stability of amorphous resins with the chemical resistance of crystaline materials. Strong enough to replace some metals in load bearing applications, Isoplast is UV stabilized and excellent in all weather exposures.

Polypropylene (PP) - has good impact resistance and structural rigidity. It is unaffected by any solvent at room temperatures. It has excellent insulating properties and is extremely lightweight. Its high fatigue strength makes it a top choice under cyclic loading conditions.

RADEL® R-5000 - is a polyphenylsulfone resin offering exceptional hydrolytic stability, and toughness that is superior to other commercially available, high-temperature engineering resins. It offers high deflection temperatures and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. The polymer is inherently flame retardant, and also has excellent thermal stability and good electrical properties.

REXOLITE® - has outstanding dielectric properties, radiation resistance, rigidity and dimensional stability and is able to withstand high voltage with excellent accoustic impedance close to water. Rexolite is light weight and has an operating temp. range of -60°C to +100°C.

G10 Fiber Glass - A continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin, this material is extremely high in mechanical strength, has low moisture absorption and dissipation factors. Superior electrical characteristics are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities. Grade FR4 is flame retardant and at 300°F retains 25% of its flexural strength, maintaining all of its electrical properties.

Polyethylene - Because of its flexibility at low temperatures, excellent electrical resistance and low dielectric contant, PE is unique. Self-lubricating properties also makes it ideal for low-friction applications. It is shatter resistant, light weight, abrasion resistant, long-wearing and corrosion resistant.
