Craftech Industries is a full-service injection molder

You probably know that Craftech Industries is a manufacturer, and has been machining and molding high performance plastic fasteners and components for over 30 years.

Craftech’s name is well known in the Semiconductor Process Equipment, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Chemical, Electronics, Computer, Marine and other commercial markets for quality machined and molded parts.

What you probably don’t know is that Craftech is a full-service injection molder with horizontal, vertical and shuttle presses from 40 to 300 ton capacity. We not only manufacture parts, we respond to your needs with a complete suite of design and manufacturing solutions.

Our engineers can help you from the conceptual state of the design process as well as in material selection. We provide in-house flow analysis, finite element analysis, rapid prototyping and CAD/CAM as necessary to ensure that your parts will work right the first time.

We know how to assist you because we have been designing and manufacturing our own product line of pipe hangers, hinges, clamps, fasteners, leveling foot, handles, u-bolts and other hardware for more than 15 years. We’ve invested millions of dollars in modern CNC machinery and understand intrinsic problems in bringing a design to fruition. We specialize in all types of threaded closures, hot runner molds for high temp and fiber-filled plastics, statically dissipative materials, fine wire spool molds, fasteners, and eletro-mechanical connectors to name just a few.

To us, parts aren’t just isolated bits of hardware. Rather, they are important components that must fulfill a given function within the strictures of cost and deadlines.

"Extended-Reach" u-bolts are available in 6 different sizes
(see drawings and chart below).
Material offered for u-bolts is Isoplast, 40% long glass fiber (gray),
giving parts corrosion resistance and strength.
