standard line of plastic materials.
NEW PRODUCT! "Living" Hinge introduced.

Un-reinforced PEEK-HT polymer
provides superior high temperature performance
while retaining mechanical and physical properties
to temperatures up to 54ºF,  higher than standard PEEK polymer.


PEEK-HT is a novel high-performance material developed for applications that demand superior higher temperature resistance.

With a glass transition temperature of 315°F (157°C) and a melt temperature of 705°F

(374°C) this semi-crystalline, unreinforced polymer delivers extended high-temperature performance, while offering all the key characteristics of natural PEEK polymer, including toughness, strength and chemical resistance.

PEEK-HT also delivers up to three times the wear resistance of standard PEEK polymer (450G) at high temperatures, substantially higher tensile strength and flexural modulus at 482°F (250°C). It has exceptional resistance to chemicals, solvents and fuels, inherent low flammability, low smoke emission and good electrical properties.

This unique engineering material provides unlimited design freedom, consistent reproducibility and long-term product reliability in the most hostile of environments.

"Living" Hinge
Craftech's newest product is a flexure hinge
available in four different sizes.
This molded, one-piece, advanced plastic hinge 
is corrosion resistant and designed to supply
choices in fastening techniques.

Craftech's engineering department designed this 
living hinge with countersunk holes to accommodate a screw size.
more robust than competitors' hinges giving end users a 
stronger fastened hinge.

A variety of hole choices
further expands fastening applications.
