Craftech adds a Leveling Foot
to expanding product line.
Leveling foot provides shock, vibration and noise reduction and simplified leveling for machinery, racks, assembly lines and other equipment such as semiconductor wet bench applications. 

This 1/2-13 (12mm x 1.75) self-leveling foot with stainless steel swiveling screw is available in Polypropylene and Flame Retardant Polypropylene, in a variety of colors.

The 316 stainless steel screw is offered in three
lengths; 2-3/4" (69,8mm), 3" (76,2mm) and 9"
(229mm). Ask for Part No. FT200.

New Tooling for Metric Screws
The mold making department has built a new series of precision molds for metric (DIN) size screws: M3, M4, M5, M6, in lengths 6mm to 25mm.

Head styles available: slotted pan, cheese, flat as well as hex head machine screws.

Available materials: Glass-filled Nylon and Glass-filled Flame Retardant Nylon, Isoplast™, PEEK®, Ultem® 2300, Glass-filled PPS, Glass-filled Lexan, Glass-filled Noryl® and Glass-filled Polypropylene.

RADEL

Radel® resins provide exceptional hydrolytic stability, and toughness that is superior to other commercially available, high temperature engineering resins. Radel resins also offer high deflection temperatures, excellent thermal stability, good electrical properties and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. The polymer is inherently flame retardant meeting stringent industry flammability requirements for aircraft interiors. It also withstands repeated steam sterilization and harsh boiler additive chemicals in medical applications. Compared to Ultem®, the Radel R series' izod notch is considered 10 times better, chemical resistance twice as good and autoclaving, substantially better.
