Quality Control

Craftech's commitment to maintaining a high level of quality is reflected in all aspects of our company. Our company policy includes objectives to develop, implement and maintain a system for quality based on ISO 9001, through which quality is the responsibility of each employee. We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers and establish valued trust.

Continuous improvement efforts are reflected in our relationships with our customers. Our quality system has achieved dock to stock status with many customers, and has been awarded with certificates of approval status.

Our QC department is responsible for verification of manufactured products through receiving, first piece, in process, and final inspections.

And, it has the experience and equipment necessary to ensure specified tolerances match customer needs. Our equipment is continuously updated and calibration dates are maintained for maximum performance. The quality department also supports our engineering department concerning customer prototyping; customer service; review of contracts; our corrective/preventive action system; and any aspects of our deburring/cleaning process including shipping where quality is key.

We maintain traceability throughout our manufacturing process and can include appropriate documentation when requested. This documentation includes certificates of conformance with manufacturing lot #'s, material lot #'s, documented physical/data and RoHS compliance to name a few.
